Gresini Racing is an Italian team with a decorated history in the MotoGP Championship, including 11 podiums last season. It has been home to some of the sport’s most legendary riders, including Sete Gibernau, Loris Capirossi, Marco Melandri, and Marc Márquez.

This season the Gresini team features two Spanish riders: Alex Márquez (from Cervera) and Fermin Aldeguer (from Murcia). And what a start to the new season it was at the Thailand Grand Prix, with Alex finishing second behind his brother Marc in an electrifying battle to the finish line.
The brothers Márquez sit one and two in the rankings, in what is already shaping up to be a breathtaking and historical season in MotoGP.

The Thailand GP also saw rookie Fermin Aldeguer finish in the points on his MotoGP debut. The 19 year-old finished 13th overall, registering his first points in what looks to be an exciting year for the man from Murcia.
